HES is a powerful combination of paid staff and inspiring volunteers in teams in each community.

To join one of volunteer surveying teams in our area simply make contact. Volunteer surveyors are trained, supported and active in helping their friends, neighbours and communities to tackle energy wastage, fuel poverty and climate change.
